Once a return has been approved you must return your item within 7 business days. Items should be in the original condition, unworn and including tags.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it fully tracked for peace of mind.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges. Once your return arrives at Dear Lyla headquarters please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
All sale items purchased are a final sale and cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. This includes flash sales and promotional offers.
We can only offer exchanges if we have that item in stock. If that item is not available you are welcome to return a full priced item for a refund.
FAULTY ITEMS/ INCORRECTLY SENT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item you will be reimbursed for all postage costs paid with receipt to return the defective item. We will replace if stock is available or refund you for the product upon return
