SHIPPING

We use AUSTRALIA POST for all orders.

We're trying to do as much good for the environment as possible - We use eco friendly post bags to send your goodies. These compostable satchels are made from sustainably sourced plant material and break down in your home compost or green waste bin, so no need to throw them in the rubbish once you've received your goods.

You can choose between Standard or Express Postage. You will be charged $12.00 for standard postage or $15.00 for express postage. Choice is yours at checkout.

For all orders $200 or more will receive FREE STANDARD POSTAGE!

TIME FRAME

We understand you want your order as quickly as possible, and we will do our absolute best to make sure that happens. In most cases, as long as we have your ordered items in stock, we can get them wrapped up and to the post office on the same day you placed the order or the next business day.
If for any reason we are unable to fill your order we will notify you within two business working days. Shipment invoices with tracking numbers for parcels are sent as soon as we have sent it on its way. If you have not received your order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order please check your junk mail first and then if you have still not received it please contact us.

Orders placed on public holidays or weekend days will be handled on the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will be sent a tracking number with your Shipment Invoice which will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing your order.

THE COST

You will incur a $12.00 fee for standard postage or $15.00 fee for express postage in an Eco Friendly Bag

For all orders $200 or more, you will receive FREE standard postage!

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package back to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to make sure all address details are correct. We will not accept responsibility for lost parcels. For all orders that require redelivery due to incorrect information a delivery fee will be charged. Please supply the most accessible address to help get your package to you on time.
